Returns & Refunds Policy

At Gobait, we aim to ensure every product meets your expectations — both in performance and quality.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories
  • Not modified or altered

Note: Fishing lures that have been used in water are not eligible for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used fishing lures
  • Opened or damaged packaging
  • Customized / OEM products
     Return address will be provided after approval.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change a product:

  1. Submit a return request
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exceptions:
If the product is defective or incorrect, Gobait will cover return shipping.(Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.)


Refund Process

  • Returns are inspected within 3–5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
    Note:Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

For B2B Orders

For bulk and OEM orders:

  • Returns are not accepted unless quality issues are confirmed
  • Dedicated after-sales agreements apply
  • Batch-level replacement support available
     Gobait reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
